Dual is a high-intensity hybrid session where combat sports and functional training meet in a single class. The space opens up, the room becomes one, and two coaches run the session in parallel.
One half of the group starts with combat-focused work — heavy bag rounds and padwork taking center stage — while the other half moves through a functional conditioning circuit. At halftime, the groups switch, so within one session you get both training styles. This class is ideal if you want to get your daily training done efficiently, without compromises.
The pace is fast, the music is loud, and rest periods are short. The focus is on strength, endurance, and mental resilience, while the energy stays high and the team dynamic drives the work forward.
