Kids Fight introduces the fundamentals of combat sports in a playful, safe, and age-appropriate way. The goal of the class is to develop movement skills, build confidence, and introduce basic techniques in a positive, supportive environment.
Sessions focus on foundational movement patterns, breakfall techniques, and basic combat skills. Special attention is given to coordination, balance, and footwork, alongside learning basic punching and kicking techniques — all taught progressively and adapted to each child’s age and abilities.
Learning is supported by playful exercises that keep training engaging while improving focus, speed, and body awareness. Safety, correct movement, and a positive training experience remain the priority throughout.
