Military is a hard, disciplined, military-style functional training session. No talk. Just work. The focus is on real-world physical capacity: strength, endurance, and mental resilience.

Sessions include rope climbs, carries (sandbags, weights, even training partners), runs, crawls, pushes, and pulls. The goal isn’t aesthetics — it’s function. Building a body that can take load, and a mind that holds under pressure.

The pace is tight, rest is limited, and the structure is strict. Partner and team-based tasks are part of the class, where shared effort, responsibility for each other, and unit cohesion matter. You’re not training just for yourself — you’re training for the group.

This class tests you mentally as much as physically. Discipline. Focus. Endurance. The task is simple: get it done.
