RUSH -
Advanced level

Rush is a fast-paced, high-intensity circuit where tempo leads and rest is minimal for advanced level clients. The primary focus is endurance, built through cardio-driven and speed-focused work.

Training is based mainly on bodyweight exercises and lighter loads, using higher repetitions and continuous effort. The goal isn’t to move maximal weight — it’s to stay in the work, hold the rhythm, and gradually expand your capacity.

Rush is a true sweat session. Heart rate stays high, transitions are quick, and every minute counts. Simple, effective movements, relentless pace, and hard work define the class.
