Rumble is a fast-paced, high-intensity session where physical contact is minimal — but the tempo is relentless. Short rest periods, constant movement, and a consistently elevated heart rate define this class. You will get tired. No shortcuts.

Workouts are built around heavy bag rounds and padwork, complemented by strength and endurance blocks. By combining combat sports movement with functional load, Rumble develops power, conditioning, and mental focus at the same time.

Rumble is open to everyone. Beginners and advanced athletes train side by side, each working at their own level. There’s no opponent and no pressure — the only challenge is pushing past your own limits.
