Strength Foundations

Lift is built around the foundations of strength training. The focus is on the core lifts — squat, bench press, and deadlift — which form the backbone of each session. These are supported by targeted accessory exercises, often structured in circuit format, to ensure balanced, safe strength development.

The primary goal is precise technique and continuous improvement in the fundamental lifts. Strong emphasis is placed on correct execution, stable body positions, and controlled loading, making the training not only effective but sustainable long term.

More advanced participants will also be introduced to the basics of Olympic weightlifting under coach supervision. Lift therefore provides solid foundations for beginners while offering technical progression for those who want to go deeper into strength training.
