7AM CLUB -

7AM Club is a weekend community session with a bigger crew (up to 20 people), where the entire Doghouse comes alive at 7 a.m. \u2014 while the city is still asleep.<\/span><\/p>

Training takes over the full Doghouse space: circuit work, runs, strength blocks, and team tasks rotate at a fast pace, driven by strong energy and good vibes. When the weather allows, part of the session moves outside into the parking area, pushing the workout beyond the gym walls.<\/span><\/p>

7AM Club is the early-risers\u2019 festival workout. Loud music, shared effort, real team dynamics, and an atmosphere that sets the tone for the whole day. This is where the pack shows up \u2014 together.<\/span><\/p>

This class is about community. About those who are willing to get up early to start the weekend right.<\/span><\/p>
